Our story
We are Jeroen Dijkstra and Karst Kappe – two friends, entrepreneurs, and passionate advocates of anything that contributes to a stronger body and a clearer mind. What began as a personal quest for more balance in a busy world ultimately led us to a simple yet intense habit: cold therapy.
At first, we just took the occasional ice dive. Just for the thrill of it. But over time, we realized what the cold really does. Greater focus, better sleep, faster recovery. Not just physically, but mentally as well: you literally step out of the water stronger than you went in. It's a reset for both body and mind.
Still, it was a hassle: lugging ice cubes, filling the tub, getting it to temperature... every single time. And if you just didn't feel like it, you just skipped it. A shame. Because the power of cold therapy lies in its consistency.
That's why we decided to create ICEO: a user-friendly, powerful, and stylish ice bath with an integrated cooling system. Always ready to use, hassle-free. Whether you're just getting out of bed, coming back from a workout, or just need a mental boost – ICEO is ready for you.
We tested everything ourselves, adjusted it, and tested it again. Not in a lab, but right there in our backyard. We knew what we wanted: simplicity, reliability, and a product that would fit into any home or garden. Not big and bulky, but sleek and well-designed.
